Ryan Taylor

With Louisiana roots, Ryan grew up cutting his brothers hair in the backyard & always had a passion for the art. Heavily inspired by everything from 40's/50's American style to the 60's mod UK vibe, Ryan has a blade for any cut. As the shop owner, Taylor's daily hustle is side by side with his fellow barbers

& encouraging them on every level. Iron sharpens iron.

Fredo Sibaja

Hailng from Spring Branch, Alfredo has committed the better part of his adult life to growing in his craft and spending time with his wife and kids. He cut his teeth in branch garages in grade school perfecting taper fades and edge ups on neighborhood kids and class mates. In between garage cuts and school, he played drums in numerous bands in the Spring Branch/Houston area. Like many of us at East End Barber, Fredo received his education at Modern Barber College under the tutelage of Don Sutton. Proficient in all barber services, Alfredos favorites are traditional trims, under cuts, and crew cuts. A linchpin in the EEB family, respect his time and everybody happy, k?


The crowned prince of Houston pomade, Edwin Carson has been a fixture in the barber industry many years before becoming a barber himself. Beginning his journey brewing pomade and hair care products in his Montrose apartment under the brand name Pomps not Dead, he quickly gained international attention. His passion for mens grooming continued to grow which took him to modern barber college where he turned into a an old school dynamo. Now the in house brewer at east end, Edwin is also the go to man for 50s-60s style pompadours, teddy boy cuts, side parts and the like. Of course hes comfortable with any cut in his chair.

With a background in art and music, Will found the perfect home for his creative itch in barbering. A Kansas native, he found his home here in Houston in ‘98 and immersed himself in the arts community. Thats where he found his love and respect for precision. Wills hitters are bald fades, tapers, designs, and side parts, but you can trust this man with anything. Robocop 2

Young blood! Mark Chavez is hands down the most dedicated and passionate true student of barbering that we have ever had darken our doors(also the youngest). A baytown boi, Mark cut his teeth on youtube tutorials, garage fades, and proper tutelage from Mikey before starting his journey at modern barber college. Through this experience he gained a flavor for crisp bald fades, design work,blow outs and straight razor defined classic cuts.

Johnny Rioux- shop manager/resident punk rock warlord. He’s been there and got the stories to back it up. A true sage in the shop that is a master in all traditional barber shop cuts and a perfectionist at heart. You’re always in good hands in Johnnys chair.

Nick- A true pupil of the trade, Nick grew up going to barber shops as a kid and studying. Analyzing the fades, the scissor techniques, the interactions between barber and client, he soaked it all in and it shows in his work.

Nick- A true pupil of the craft, Nick spent his childhood studying in barber shops. Studying fade techniques, blends, shear style and client interaction. After finishing his time at modern barber college and completing his apprenticeship at east end barber, Nick has developed into truly a force of his own in the barber game. Bringing some north shore heat to the shop, Nick is well versed in burst fades, tapers, and tight beard trims. Come and see for yourself!

Eddy- Our unofficial mascot for 1318 Telephone Rd, Eddy is a fixture here at East End Barber as well as our neighbors Coral Sword. An avid gamer, Eddy found his passion for barbering through hanging out at the building! A true lover of the human connection, Big Ed got licensed at Modern Barber College while completing an apprenticeship at the shop. Proficient in classic barber cuts and hot towel shaves, Eddy holds court 5 days a week at East End. Book with him today!
